The Nano Suit icon does NOT match the in game outfit.
The Nano Suit icon shows the sides being open and not covered.
In v1.000, after collecting 25 fish types, the reward prompt shows the outfit with open sides.
In the photo above, look at the tone of the skin and the color of the white top, the sides resemble the skin tone.
The lines you see running up the side are part of the body, similar to the lines on the elbows.
At some point, the pink material was added and incorporated the body lines.
Skin tone cloth material was added to the sides and bottom to censor the outfit.
STILL CENSORED IN V1.003
The v1.002 patch introduced a seam line between the head and body near the neck line.
This is only present on the censored outfits
